INTRODUCTION

H.E. Satvinder Singh, Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), held a pivotal meeting with Mr. Henricus Herwin, the newly appointed Secretary-in-Charge of the ASEAN Council on Petroleum (ASCOPE).
