WATER HEATING BOILER
Comprehensive Guide
INTRODUCTION
A water heating boiler efficiently converts fuel into thermal energy. Fuel is fed into the combustion chamber, where it generates heat energy. Water circulates through pipes within the system and is heated to a pre-set temperature. Once the water reaches the desired temperature, it is directed to the factory’s manufacturing system. After use, the water is returned to the pump system and circulated back into the boiler, creating a closed-loop water circulation system.
The combustion process produces flue gases, which pass through a heat exchanger to maximize energy efficiency. Afterward, these gases are treated in a flue gas treatment system to ensure compliance with environmental standards before being safely released. Additionally, ash produced during combustion is automatically discharged, streamlining maintenance operations.
This systems are widely utilized in industries such as fuel manufacturing, plastics, and textiles.
